Wonderful and possibly a rare find here – I am not a doll expert, but I did attempt research and also sought advice from the experts on the doll discussion forum – They had not seen a doll exactly like this one, either –
Expert forum posters stated possibly a \"lil Susan,\" or quite similar to R & B Littlest Angel Doll.A hard plastic walker / stroller,circa vintage 1950’s, version of the Eegee “Susan” Stroller dolls. She is not Susan, but possibly a friend?Or possibly \"Lil Susan\"Or possibly an Eegee head with an Eegee like body. Her head can turn all the way around.
Vinyl head with sleepy open and close eyes and looks like glass with eyelashes – Really beautiful green eyes that open and close. Rooted hair.
Body is a hard plastic. Legs and Arms move. Legs do not bend.
Has nail polished fingers and toe nails – These appear to be original with the doll – not added by a previous owner.
Marking on the back of her neck states “Eegee” (I am sorry I could not get a crisp photo of the mark)
Size: Size: approx 13 inches tall (I hope I measured correctly – she seems a tad taller when I measure from the back!)
Clothing – assume not original, because I do not see any labels. Lovely dress and white underwear.
Condition: She is charming. There is wear to her blonde hair in the back (see photos). I also have not cleaned her.
Dress is lovely, but is missing snaps to close on the back. Has been stored in a smoking household.
Well packaged, will weigh over 1 pound, but under 2. Can send Priority or Parcel. No handling fees.
