Old dovetailed apple butter kettle 1800\'s - early 1900\'s. Wonderful condition able to hold water w/o holes (I filled with water and 1 hour later all was dry). This kettle was used, has somecarbon build-up on the otter surface & has very little by way of dents.Buyer gets what is pictured so please see the pictures and consider them a part of description. greattasteful home accent. Questions welcomed. Note the measure roller in pictures for scale. Weighs about 23 pounds, but of course shipping materials will add to total final weight.
Measures: rim to rim outer is 23 1/4 \", inner rim 22\", 14 1/2\" high on body of copper, 26 1/2\" total with handle up.Holds 18 gallons of liquid, which brings theline up toapprox. 3/4\"from the very top rim.
