Absolutely beautiful and what a treasure to own a piece of history like this.

This handcarved and painted life size Carousel Horse was originally at an Amusement Park called Pleasure Beach in CT. The park per my research closed in the 1950's. However the horse was made in the 1930s to 40s.

This horse as well as several other carousel items belonged to a man who moved to NM years ago from Ct , When he passed his wife sold everything. I have actually had this horse stored for the past 3 years before getting it down to my shop to sell.

I also have listed a hand carved motorcycle which is in it's original as found condition. Super rare, Check it out.

He is a majestic big boy!!

Please refer to all pics for condition. He has normal wear and tear consistent with age. Considering he's 100 years old.

Minor crack lines in wood.

No damage or major issues.

As far as shipping goes this would have to go freight. I do not have a lot of experience with freight but have learned not to use UPS STORE . Rather go to UPS OR find a freight company. I sold the other Carousel Horse I had and with Ups store it ran about 1500 because they brokered it out. I would expect it to be half that to freight it direct with fed ex or!??

If you have any ideas I'm always open to them.

In pricing this I go by what my dealer site shows as well as what Is on here. Be sure when looking you are not mislead by miniatures or rocking horses. The one closest to this one Is smaller and priced over $8000

My previous Horse sold for about the same as this one is close to the same.
