NOS original Postal Telegraph “HERE” Double-Sided Porcelain Flange Sign

Outstanding original porcelain advertising sign for Postal Telegraph – The International System.

This is a beautiful early double-sided flange sign featuring the classic deep cobalt blue and white Postal Telegraph graphics with the large “HERE” panel below.

The sign retains exceptional original color and gloss. Both sides display extremely well, with the main porcelain fields remaining remarkably clean. The dimensional flange construction gives the sign excellent presence when wall mounted.

The flange is marked:

BALTIMORE ENAMEL – 200 FIFTH AVE. N.Y.

Condition is excellent for an original porcelain flange sign of this age, and only has very minimal storage and warehouse damage but no blemishes in the field, including all intact mounting grommets. The sign is heavy steel with thick shelving!

There are minimal but small chips and marks primarily around the edge, consistent with age and storage over 100 years. Please examine all photographs closely, as they are an important part of the condition description.
