This super lightweight 2 piece transportable aluminum tow bar for the agusta 109 is perfect for any situation. Are you tired of laying on the wet ramp to connect the tow bar? well this tow bar uses a remote locking pin so you can install or remove the tow bar from the aircraft from in front of the radome. it is a nice 6 feet 8 inches long so maneuvering the aircraft is much easier with less chance of jack knife and it gives you full view of the nose gear from the tug. Just roll it up to the nose gear, pull the lever to engage the axle pin, lock, and go. It has multiple UNLOCK NOSE GEAR placards on it so there is no excuse for a broken tow bar. it is designed to bend if by some chance the gear is locked. 2 piece main bar breaks down into 2 sections so it fits in baggage compartment. truly a nice piece of equipment, and it weighs less than 15 lbs.
