This Sevres scalloped handpainted gold gilt bronze fittings box is 12 1/2" in length, 11" deep, stands 4" tall and is in EXCELLENT Antique Condition. Superb craftsmanship with unusual SCALLOPED sides makes this piece stand out from any of its contemporaries. The "Double L" surrounding the Sevres makers mark signifies that Louis XIV had an ownership stake in the company. That places this piece in the mid-1800s (19th century).
